Avoid Tanks Gunfire
On any setting, the best way to avoid a tanks gunfire and rockets is to stand right next to it. The only thing that moves is the turret. It does not aim up or down. When you are close enough you can use your lightning and not get hurt from anything cause of the cut scene or stand close enough to use your cannon with out getting hit when it gets destroyed.

How To Kill The Boss At The End Of The Game
The key to kill the guy at the end of the game is the green lights. The statues that are around the arena is the power to his shield. Run around and shoot them or bash them. Once he gets to ground level then open fire on him.
